Withdrawing Funds Back to Your Wallet
When you want to move your balance out, head to the cashier and choose the withdrawal tab. We route payouts back to the same method you used to deposit where the payment network allows it — so if you came in via Touch 'n Go eWallet or GrabPay, that's where we send it back. Enter the amount, complete the identity check if
your account hasn't been fully verified yet, and submit. Processing happens on our end once verification clears; the actual arrival time depends on the payment network, not a figure we invent. Players in Subang Jaya and elsewhere in Malaysia use the same withdrawal path.
- Go to the withdrawal tab — Open the cashier and switch to the withdrawal section from the same menu you use for deposits.
- Select your payout method — Choose the e-wallet or bank account you want the funds sent to — matched to your deposit method where possible.
- Enter the withdrawal amount — Type the amount in RM. The screen shows any minimum or pending requirements before you submit.
- Complete verification if prompted — If your account needs a document check before the payout, you'll be directed to the KYC step — takes a few minutes.
